Who we are

Gotech Chemical Ltd (高達化工有限公司), Companies Registry no. 0118292, of Flat U, 23/F, Block 2, Goldfield Industrial Building, 144-150 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, N.T., Hong Kong. We are the data user for the personal data described on this page.

What we collect

This website has two enquiry forms: a general enquiry form on the contact page and a quotation enquiry form on the pool quotation page. When you send a form, we receive what you type:

Your name and company
Your phone or WhatsApp number and email address
Enquiry category, preferred contact method, service or product, building type, quantity, delivery district, target date, message and originating website page.

If you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, fax or email, we receive what you choose to send us.

When you submit an enquiry, it may also include a campaign source, medium and campaign label from the page link, the first website page in the current journey, and a broad referral category such as Google, Bing or an AI assistant. We use these fields to understand which enquiries and sales our website generates. Only simple campaign labels are accepted; visitors should not place personal information in these labels. The website does not store this context in cookies or browser storage, and does not send background tracking events. When you choose a WhatsApp link, a short website-source reference may be included in the prepared message for you to review before sending.

Why we collect it

We use your contact and request details to respond to your enquiry and prepare your quotation. That includes calling or messaging you back, arranging a site visit, and sending you documents you asked for.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry is kept in our company enquiry records for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any quotation or work that follows from it.

Form processing by our hosting provider

Our enquiry forms are configured for Netlify Forms. Submitted information is received by the hosting provider and passed to us. This site also loads Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email info@gotechchem.com with your request. We reply within one working day.

Changes to this policy
