A hotel is several water systems at once, and each carries a different risk. Gotech covers all of them under one contract: cooling towers and chilled water for the plant, hot water services and pools for the guests. Several of our hotel contracts have run continuously since 2015.

Meanwhile brand standards and group audits demand documentation that a local contractor can actually produce.

It is scheduled not to. We plan the work around occupancy, not around us, and every visit ends with a dated report formatted for group compliance files and brand audits. Each job starts with a free site visit and a written quotation, and the work follows the EMSD Code of Practice.
